These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and the website “101 Planners” (referred to as “us”, “we”), governing the use of our website (referred to as the “Site”) and our downloadable planners, calendars, images, templates, documents and/or other printables (referred to as “products”). Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “101Planners.com,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 101Planners.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, subcontractors, and representatives. Use of this website constitutes an acceptance of the terms provided herein. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or our Products. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them. We reserve the right to change these Terms of and Conditions or to impose new conditions on the use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of and Conditions on this Site. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes means you accept the new Terms and Conditions with the modifications.

License and Use

Free Products

You can use Products from this site for personal use only. You may not upload any Product to the internet without written permission from this website (the “purpose”). You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid Purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute any of our products digitally, whether modified or not, to any third party. You also agree not to use any of our products in a way that might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation.

Paid Products

When you purchase a product from 101Planners.com, you are granted a personal-use license unless the product specifically states that it is a white label product for commercial use.

1. Personal Use Only (Unless Stated Otherwise) – Unless explicitly labeled as a white label product, all purchases are for personal use only. You may print them or use them digitally for your own use but may not share, distribute, or transfer the files or printed versions to others.
2. No Redistribution – You may not send, email, upload, or otherwise distribute the files to anyone else. If someone else would like to use the product, they must purchase their own license.
3. No Reselling or Commercial Use (Unless Stated Otherwise) – You may not sell, resell, sublicense, or use the purchased products for commercial purposes unless the product specifically states that it is a white label product with commercial rights. This includes, but is not limited to, selling printed copies, modifying the files for resale, or incorporating them into other products for sale.
4. No Public Sharing – The purchased files may not be shared on social media, file-sharing platforms, websites, or any other medium where they can be accessed by others.
5. License Per User – Each purchase is valid for one person only. If you need multiple copies for a group, classroom, or business, you must purchase an appropriate number of licenses.

Private Label Products

When you purchase a Private Label Product from 101Planners.com, you will receive a link to a Canva template that allows you to fully customize the design.

Editing & Customization

• You can edit the template directly in Canva and make any changes you want, including modifying text, colors, fonts, and images.
• No premium membership is required – you can edit the template using a free Canva account.
• You may use the template as-is or make changes to suit your needs.

Use of Canva Elements

• If you choose to add additional elements (e.g., graphics, fonts, or images) from Canva’s library, you must ensure that your use complies with Canva’s licensing terms.
• 101Planners.com is not responsible for any licensing fees or restrictions imposed by Canva for premium elements you choose to add.

Private Label License

The Private Label License is a commercial license that allows you to resell or distribute the templates under the following conditions:
✔ You may sell the templates as-is or with modifications.
✔ You may rebrand the templates and sell them under your own business name.
✔ You may sell the final version in digital or printed format.
✔ You may sell or give away the templates only to customers or users who will use them for personal use only.

🚫 You may NOT:

• Sell or share the Canva link or source file as-is. The template must be exported as a PDF, PNG, JPG, or other flattened format before selling or giving away.
• Claim copyright ownership of the original template design from 101Planners.com.
• Sell or give away the template to customers who will resell or redistribute it. All customers must purchase the product for personal use only and are not allowed to resell or distribute it.
• Use the templates in a way that violates Canva’s licensing terms for any added elements.

By purchasing and using a Private Label Product, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that 101Planners.com provides the base template only and is not responsible for Canva’s policies or any additional elements added to the design.

 

Digital Products Only

All products available on 101Planners.com are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. When you purchase a product, you will receive a digital file that you can download instantly after payment is processed.

For free products, you can either download them instantly or be directed to our online designer, where you can customize the product before downloading it. Once customized, you can download the file as a PDF or an image file for printing or digital use.

Once downloaded, you can use the product in one of the following ways:

1. Use Digitally – You can open the file on an iPad or tablet using a note-taking app such as GoodNotes, Notability, or similar apps to write directly on the planner or journal.
2. Print at Home – You can print the file using a home printer for immediate access. We recommend using high-quality paper for the best results.
3. Professional Printing – If you prefer, you can take the file to a local print shop, office supply store, or an online printing service to have it professionally printed and bound.

We do not take responsibility for the resolution or print quality of the files, as this may vary depending on your printer, software, or chosen print service. However, if you experience any issues with the resolution, please contact us, and we will assist you if possible.

Since all products are digital, there are no shipping fees, and you can access your purchase immediately. If you experience any issues downloading your file, please contact us for assistance.

• We do not receive, store, or process your credit card details.

Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases of digital products from 101Planners.com are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a product has been purchased and accessed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

1. No Refunds for Digital Products – Since digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions – Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
   • A duplicate purchase of the same product made by mistake (we may issue a refund for the duplicate).
   • A technical issue on our end that prevents access to the product, which cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
3. Cancellations – Since our products are delivered instantly upon purchase, cancellations are not possible.

Intellectual Property

You agree that under no circumstances, whether the Product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

Upon access to our Site or its content, you agree that you will not copy, duplicate, or otherwise utilize such content. Any use contradictory to these Terms will be considered theft, and we reserve our right to prosecute to the full extent of the law.

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms of Service, your use of this website, or the services provided herein including but not limited to, any disputes regarding product purchases, intellectual property violations, payment issues, or refund requests, shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel. By using this website, you agree to waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of these courts, including any claim that such dispute has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

Choice of Law
