Teaching children to be thankful is one of the most valuable gifts we can give them. Cultivating a “attitude of gratitude” helps kids develop resilience, positivity, and a happier outlook on life. To help you get started, Iโve created a free childrenโs gratitude journal that is fun, interactive, and ready to print!
This isn’t just a writing exercise; it’s a creative keepsake. I designed this gratitude journal for kids to be a mix of writing, drawing, and coloring, ensuring that children of all ages (even those who can’t write fluently yet) can enjoy the process.

- Encourage Mindfulness: It teaches kids to pause and appreciate the small moments in their day.
- Build Self-Esteem: Pages focused on their strengths and favorites help them build a positive self-identity.
- Create Connection: Doing this journal together can spark wonderful conversations between you and your child.
