Don’t Say Baby
The idea behind the Don’t Say Baby game is to not say the word “baby” during the baby shower. When guests arrive, put a diaper pin on each person’s shirt. If they say the word baby and another guest catches them, the guest who hears them will steal their pin. Whichever person has the highest number of pins at the end of the baby shower wins a prize.
Blind Diaper Game
For this game, you’ll be challenging guests to change diapers with blindfolds on. Have your party split up into two teams. Supply each group with a doll, diapers, and a blindfold. The first person to go must put the blindfold on, take the diaper off the doll and replace it with a new one. Then the second person will get to go and repeat the process. The first team to finish will win a prize.
Guess the Measurements Game
For this game, the goal is to have guests accurately guess the size of your bump. All you’ll need is a pair of scissors and a ball of yarn. Instruct your guests to cut off the string to the length they think would fit around your bump. When everyone has cut their string, have them come up and test it to see if their string fits. Whichever comes the closest to the correct size will win a prize.
Name that Baby Tune
This simple game requires you to create a playlist of songs with the word “Babe” or “Baby” in the title and get the guests to guess the song. Mix it up with songs like Bye Bye Bye by Nsync, Baby One More Time by Brittany Spears, or Baby By Me by 50 cents. To start the game, play the first few seconds of the song and have guests write down each one’s artist and title. The person who has the most correct answers wins a prize.
