Colored Printable Guest Lists
These templates are created with our free planner app. You can change the border and the text on the table but you cannot add more lines or columns to the table. However, you can select a different guest list template with a click of your mouse. These printables are perfect for those who plan to complete the lists by hand and not type the names and details of their guests.
This version enables you to type the names and details of your guests. You can add or delete columns or rows. You can change the layout of the table or the names of the fields. However, you cannot add a background or border. If you want to create a wedding guest list with Google sheets then this is the version for you. This is very helpful when you share your list with others. To do this, open Google sheets and select the file. Click share. If you want to enable them to edit your document, then click on “Viewer, commenter or Editor” and change. You can also choose to notify people that you shared a guest list with them.
Creating a wedding guest list template with Excel will enable you to count the number of guests without actually counting them. This is very helpful when you have a lot of guests and want to know the total number of participants at any time. The Excel spreadsheet will keep track and when you change the number of guests attending, the total will change accordingly. A wedding guest list spreadsheet will also enable you to count the number of special meals if some of your guests have dietary restrictions.
With this version, you can add the names and the details of the guests. However, you cannot change the names of the fields and you cannot add a border.
