What is a Bank Check?
A bank check is a promissory note issued by a bank where the signature of the drawer is guaranteed by the bank. It is also known as a “check” or “cheque.”
A check guarantees to the payee that it will be paid on demand by the drawees presenting it for payment. The person who draws up this document, signs it, and delivers it to another person, called the payee, instructs that person to cash it at any time before maturity for an amount of money that has been previously determined.

How to Create a Blank Check Template
You can create customized checks with your company logo.

- Add your bank’s name.
- Then, add your bank account number.
- Lastly, add the routing number on the bottom left. It should be a 9 digit number.
- Add the account number on the bottom right.
How to Add Your Logo to Your Custom Check
To make a business check template you will need to add your logo and your company’s details.
- Click on the button to open the app.
- Select any free check printing template from the selection available.
- Click on “add image” and select your logo from your PC.
- Drag it to wherever you want it to appear.
- Make it bigger or smaller.
- Change the font, font size, and font color.
- To add the company name and other details, click on “Add text”.

- Select the template with the camera icon.
- Under “Add a Background Image” click on “Click to Add Image”.
- Upload your image.
- Edit the text.
How to Edit the Text
You can edit the fillable blank check template online and you don’t need to download any software to edit the text.
- The free check template sample has space for your routing number, check number, and account number.
- Either double-click on each or go to “edit text” in the right-hand column.
- Replace each term with the relevant digit.
How to Print the Check
The printable check template prints best when you first download it and then open it to print. You can print directly from the check generator without downloading it first but on some computers, it doesn’t print as well and has extra margins.
How to Download the Check
When you have finished customizing the check, click on download.
Select the format you want to download.
For a check template PDF click on PDF. If you prefer an image then click on one of the image formats.
How to Make Fake Checks
Firstly, it must be noted that you cannot create a fake check to actually use or deposit. This is illegal and is not an option.
However, many people like to create a fake check template for their manifestation board or vision board to inspire them and help them visualize the money they are trying to manifest. Check Format
A check must include the bank name, routing number, check number and account number, a signature, the sum to be cashed (in digits and words), the date, etc. This is the sample check format that our online check maker uses. However, all elements are editable if you prefer to make changes.
