How to Create a Receipt Maker

- Add your company details and all the details that will repeat themselves each time you use it.
- Give the receipt a number.
- Create a receipt folder and save the document so that the receipt number appears in the filename.
- Each time you create a new receipt, save it as the next consecutive number and change the receipt number accordingly.

How to Print Receipt Templates

Make sure your paper size is correctly set and the orientation is set to portrait.

You can use the same invoice template as an invoice and as a receipt. Simply change the title from invoice to receipt. Or you can add a “paid” watermark across the page. To add a PAID watermark, open the Word version of the invoice template. On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click WordArt. Select the text style that you want to use for your watermark. What is the difference between an invoice and a receipt?

Google Sheets is a free online spreadsheet and Google docs is a free online word processor.
You can use Google Sheets or Google Docs to make an online receipt template. To do this, you will need to save the receipt template in Google Docs or Sheets.
- Download the Word version for Google Docs or the Excel version for Google Sheets.
- Open your Google Drive and click New.
- Select File upload.
